Corruption

Here's my take on the recent allegations being talked about by the corruption of public officials.

We are a country run like hell by not only Filipinos, but also criminals. At some point, this culture of ours must turn back from this traditional lax way of "abiding" the law and start to respect the guidelines of our Motherland that our very own fellow countrymen wrote. 

Everything we dream about should start from nowhere but ourselves since all of us have a part in making a difference.

This is a late post. However, I really think that my late grandmother deserves a spot here in this website of mine. This was a photo that I posted on Facebook just a few days after she passed away. 

Rest in peace, Mamang.

"I can still remember a few words that Mamang told me during the few times we sat down together for a chat. As she struggled to get up from her bed as if proving to me that she's still strong and all her pains are worthless, she tried her best to speak to me as she gasped for air after every sentence. Then, she told me,

"When I go, do not be lonely, because you should know that I'll be in a better place, sweetheart."

Little did I know that that was last time that I would ever talk to her.
